Session Description:

Do you utilize online training? Did you develop it yourself or is it a pre-packaged solution you purchased? Have you ever thought of supplementing pre-packaged training with your own customized training that covers critical details specific to your organization?  Are you concerned about how much time it would take to develop online training and how many people you need to develop it? Join me on May 8th to see how WPI’s information technology training workgroup designs and blends online training into the curriculum for employee learning of proprietary software applications used at the organization. You’ll discover how easy it is to create online training that people will use and how to make it worth the investment of time and money.

You’ll learn:

  • Basic principles of educational multimedia
  • Timesaving techniques for storyboarding, scripting, and recording content
  • How to produce a video and which format options are best suited for your website
  • About Features of Camtasia 4 and 5
